Customer Success Manager

The number and complexity of projects is constantly increasing, so we are looking for a project manager to help us with the organization. The role of the Customer Success Manager will be project management and coordination of projects in order to correctly set and continuously validate expectations, priorities, budget and deadlines for the implementation of Business Intelligence and Data Integration solutions. Projects consist of business consultations, analysis of needs, design and implementation of solutions, up to training. Communication is absolutely key, whether internally (with people directly participating in the delivery of the solution, or with the Capacity manager) or externally (with the project owner on the client's side).

Job description:

• Ensuring support for members of the development team during projects
• Managing client expectations when defining plans
• Organizing the capacities of team members and ensuring cooperation of the customer, cooperation with the Capacity Manager
• Management of development sprints with respect to project priorities
• Regular evaluation of the status of projects
• Preparation of simple documents for invoicing
• Ability to be involved in "development", testing applications and providing feedback to developers

Required skills:

• Experience with agile project management
• Experience with projects using ETL and BI tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of SCRUM is an advantage
• Mastering MS Office tools
• English language - advanced
