Support Specialist for Inphinity (US timezone)

Job description:

• L1 and L2 technical support for customers and partners worldwide
• Analyzing problems, suggesting solutions and reporting bugs to our software developers
• Installation and configuration of our software (Inphinity suite) if required
• Communicating with customers and partners to ensure their issues are resolved
• Proactively communicating with the rest of the team (sharing feature requests, best practices, etc.)
• Creating and executing effective test cases in collaboration with our software developers
• Documenting common support practices and improving product documentation
• Preferred working hours approx. 14:00-22:00 - can be arranged

Professional requirements:

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Windows Server Administration - Advanced
• English language - Advanced (C1)
• Network Administration (Firewall) - Advanced
• Technical Support - Advanced
• Remote Support - Advanced
• IT Support - Advanced
• Qlik Sense - Fundamentals
