IT Project/Customer Success Manager

We are looking for managers to help lead a growing number of complex data processing and utilization projects (Business Intelligence, Data Integration, Cloud Data Warehouse).The role of the IT Project / Customer Success Manager(s) will be to manage customer expectations, oversee project limits, and overall ensure that the customer is getting value from their data.

Job description:

• Managing customer expectations, organizing development sprints, coordinating priorities and regularly evaluating the status (budget and timelines) of assigned projects
• Organizing and supporting our team members, ensuring customer buy-in and proactively addressing barriers to solution delivery
• Collaborating with the Capacity Manager to manage the workload of development team members and prepare simple billing documents
• Responsible for the deployment and successful adoption of the solution by customers
• Evaluating and communicating project success and solution value
• Opportunity to be involved in the creation of the solution, e.g. design, testing, documentation, training

Professional requirements:

• Experience with agile project management, ideally SCRUM
• experience with projects using ETL and BI tools an advantage
• mastery of MS Office tools is a must
• English language - advanced - fluent in both written and verbal
• education in a technical, economic or managerial field

Salary:

• minimum part-time
• possibility to work on TPP also in the form of contractor cooperation (trade license/s.r.o.)
• minimum from 2500€ gross + variable component (quarterly bonuses) depending on the knowledge, qualifications and motivation of the candidate
