IT Project/Customer Success Manager
We are looking for managers to help us lead an increasing number of complex projects in the field of data processing and utilization (Business Intelligence, Data Integration, Cloud Data Warehouse).
The role of the Customer Success Manager/IT Project Manager will be to manage customer expectations, oversee project limits, and ensure that the customer gains value from their data.
Our projects combine elements of consulting (needs analysis and solution design), implementation (back-end and front-end), enablement (training, workshops, documentation), and subsequent support.
Professional and proactive communication is absolutely key, both externally (with the project owner and other customer representatives) and internally (with salespeople, developers, designers, and EMARK support managers).
Job description:
- Managing customer expectations, organizing development sprints, coordinating priorities, and regularly evaluating the status (budget and deadlines) of assigned projects or SLA
- Organizing and supporting team members, ensuring collaboration from customers, and proactively resolving delivery barriers
- Collaborating with the capacity manager to manage the workload of development team members
- Working with the account manager and technical lead on further development plans, supporting presales of new initiatives, and ensuring long-term partnerships with customers
- Managing projects and issues in internal JIRA and preparing materials for invoicing
- Ensuring successful deployment and adoption of solutions by the customer
- Evaluating and communicating project success and solution value
- Supporting solution development, e.g., design, testing, documentation, training
Professional requirements:
- Experience with agile project management
- Experience with projects using ETL and BI tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of SCRUM is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office tools is a given
- General knowledge of IT terminology
- Advanced English – fluent in both spoken and written form
- Education in a technical, economic, or managerial field

Employment type:
- At least part-time employment
- Option to work under a permanent contract or as a contractor (freelance/self-employed)
- Starting at 2000 € gross + variable component (quarterly bonuses) depending on the candidate's knowledge, qualifications, and motivation
